What services do you offer and how is your process different?
We provide full-service travel planning for Disney destinations, cruises, and all-inclusive resorts. From your first quote request through booking, support during travel, and follow-up after return — we handle the details so you can just show up and enjoy.
How far in advance should I book my vacation?
While every situation is different, we recommend reaching out as soon as you’re clear on your travel timing, destination and party size. Popular times, family travel with multiple rooms, or cruises with many family members tend to fill up quickly. Early booking gives us better access to deals, preferred rooms/cabins and preferred dining or resort slots.
Do you charge a planning fee or how is your service priced?
We’ll clearly explain any planning fee or service fee at the beginning of our engagement. Our goal is transparency: you’ll know what you’re paying for (custom itinerary, booking management, on-trip support) and how it fits into your budget before we move ahead.
What happens if something changes after I book (travel date, passenger count, resort/cabin change)?
Because you have a dedicated “Genie” planner working your trip, we help manage changes, work with resorts/cruise lines on your behalf, and handle logistics so you don’t have to scramble. Sometimes changes are free, sometimes there are supplier fees — we will advise you and manage the process.
What if I’m not sure which destination or type of trip is best for my family?
That’s exactly where we shine. We’ll discuss your travel style, budget, desired experiences, ages of children or companions, and then present curated options (Disney resort vs cruise vs all-inclusive) with pros/cons aligned to your goals. Then we guide you to the best choice — no pressure.
What do I need to prepare before departure (documents, packing, travel insurance)?
We’ll provide you with a custom pre-travel checklist:
Travel documents (passports, visas, if required)
Resort/cabin check-in requirements, codes, payment info
Suggested packing list (especially useful for families)
Travel insurance: strongly recommended — we’ll guide you on appropriate coverage.
